Jax Girls Pint Out to participate in NE FL Beer Cup @ TPC at Sawgrass
Sep 26 @ 7:00 pm – 9:30 pm
Jax Girls Pint Out to participate in NE FL Beer Cup @ TPC at Sawgrass | Palm Valley | Florida | United States

Ladies, we’ve been invited to participate in this year’s Beer Cup by Jacksonville Magazine! …

“Subtle as a bulldozer” … that’s what I included in an earlier post about the newly formed Jacksonville Chapter of Girls Pint Out. I didn’t know how accurate I would be …

However, Jessica Baggett of Jacksonville Magazine blessed us by supplying “rocket fuel super-diesel” for our “dozer” by inviting our Chapter of Girls Pint Out to become involved in the third annual Northeast Florida Beer Cup they are hosting at TPC on Thursday, September 26, from 7 – 9:30 pm.

Jessica also graciously offered us the opportunity of brewing our own beer, bringing it to the event and serving it to those attending the Beer Cup! … Toni Puinno has graciously offered to help us with this fun process and I will be posting more details soon on what day we can get together and brew at her home.

If you would like to assist in the brew process or if you are a lady homebrewer and would like to serve your beer at the Northeast Florida Beer Cup, please contact me at

Ladies – get involved in the Jacksonville Chapter of Girls Pint Out! … there is no membership fee or monthly dues – when we get-together, you just pay for whatever you order at the establishment at which we are meeting.

Our first meeting was just this past Thursday evening at World of Beer. We will be having another meeting prior to a road trip being planned to St. Augustine for August 10. Details about the next meeting and the road trip coming soon, so please stay tuned!

New Belgium Brewery & Girls’ Pint Out collab brew – Sin and Tonic @ Kickbacks Gastropub
Oct 23 @ 8:00 pm

Follow along on Twitter Hastag: #SINwithGPO #JaxGPO #NewBelgiumBrewing … starting at 8 pm

New Belgium Brewery has embraced the rising number of women involved in the creation, distribution and consumption of craft beer in this country!

The brewery has collaborated with Girls’ Pint Out co-founder Jenn Litz in creating Sin and Tonic, a take on a gin & tonic beer cocktail made with Sorachi Ace hops, juniper and citrus spice-blend. They even threw in a little quinine in the production of this rarity!

New Belgium is sharing this special Girls’ Pint Out collaboration beer with GPO chapters across the country. There are only 9 kegs available and the Jacksonville Girls’ Pint Out chapter was selected to receive one of these rare kegs of Sin and Tonic!

Join us at 8:00 pm at Kickbacks Gastropub on Wednesday, October 23 as we tap this special beer! … $3.95 pints!

We will host a Q&A session hashtagged on Twitter where we can chat with other GPO groups across the country and the brewer!

Sin and Tonic – a gin and tonic themed beer with traditional gin spices and quinine, the bittering agent found in tonic water. It has a citrus aroma with a tangy sour bite and a lingering crisp bitterness from the quinine. Note: 6.2% ABV
